A word from Goose Grim (whom you should not trust)

My name is Goose Grim, sometime bookseller and full-time member of the shadowland that those in the know call Spookistan.

Just let me say right out front that I am not in control of the headings and artwork or other editorial decisions on this blog site. I have delegated that duty to certain junior associates who see themselves as wags.

They say that you should not trust me, and I have to agree that we need to know one another a bleep of a lot better before the T-word gets thrown about like a dog-chewed tennis ball.

One way to get to know a version of me, at least, would be buying my first book, The Mystery Man Murders, which is also the first title in a series I’m calling Grimoire – the Bros Grim Breakfast Serial. As it should and had better say somewhere on this home page … have some crime with your morning coffee.

Like I said, I have no control over that stuff, though the wankers who do have control read these blog posts like a monk and his missal.

So. Spookistan. I was thrown from that train a few years ago, and The Mystery Man Murders leads you through all that stuff, or at least a version of that stuff that I wrote in daily blog posts back in 2008. You didn’t see those posts? That was by design, since those who control the trappings of this blog assure me that we are private on a VPN that you have either hacked into or wandered into or whatever. Your mileage may vary, my friend, and frankly you are getting the version that I and my associates want you to get. We put the diss back in disinformation, but no one is complaining.

So buy the book and leave a review, good or bad, it don’t make a bleep of a lot of difference.
